| Our hot pot. The right side was spiced with red peppers while the left was not. Both sides contained garlic, ginger, onions, mushrooms, lamb, potatoes, shrimp, dumplings, squid, octopus, spinach, and whatever else we decided to dunk in the boiling water to cook before eating. In the upper left behind the hot pot is a plate of thinly sliced lamb meat ready to be cooked, and next to that is a plate of cold cucumbers ready to eat, and then on the upper right there is a plate of shrimp balls to be cooked. |
